Who we are
On His Way is a ministry pointing people to Jesus, the Bible and what's coming next. When this page says "we" or "us," it means On His Way and the website at onhisway.org.
What we collect and why
Email list
When you join the list, we get your email address, plus anything optional the form asks for that you choose to fill in (like where you're from). We use it to send On His Way emails: new content, events and things worth checking out. Our email service, Brevo, stores the list and sends the emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off.
Contact form
When you message us, we get your name, email, the topic you pick and your message. We use it to read your message and reply. That's it. Forms on this site run through Webflow, our website host, which also runs an automatic spam check.
Giving
Gifts are handled by Tithely on Tithely's own secure pages. We never see or store your card or bank details. Tithely shares the basics of a gift with us (like your name, email and amount) so we can keep records and say thank you.
Site visits
Like most websites, our host Webflow may record basic visit info, like pages viewed, device type and browser, and may use cookies to keep the site running. Site search runs on Webflow too. We don't use any of this to figure out who you are.
Videos, music and other sites
Some pages show videos or audio from places like TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and Instagram, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies when a page loads or when you press play. We also link to churches, ministries and other sites we like. Once you click away, their rules apply, not ours.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your info.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We don't use it for anything you didn't sign up for.
Change it or delete it
Want to see, fix or delete the info we have on you? Send us a message through the contact page and tell us what you want. We'll take care of it. To just stop the emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Kids
This site isn't made for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their info. If you think a child under 13 sent us something, tell us through the contact page and we'll delete it.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
