The Bible calls believers to remain faithful in suffering and to place their hope in Christ. Christians use different frameworks for understanding a future Tribulation. This guide begins with Scripture rather than a prediction about today’s events.
Read and study
- Matthew 24:4–14: consider Jesus’ warnings about deception and his call to endure.
- 2 Thessalonians 2:1–12: examine Paul’s warning about lawlessness and deception.
- Revelation 13–14: read the imagery of allegiance, worship, and judgment in context.
- Romans 8:31–39: reflect on the assurance of God’s love in suffering.
Put the reading into practice
Some interpreters connect Daniel 9 and Revelation with a seven-year period and two halves of three and a half years. That timeline is an interpretation, not an independently verified forecast. Scripture does not explicitly identify the mark of the beast as a particular modern microchip or payment technology. Seek faithful community, practical care, and thoughtful study rather than fear-driven speculation.
